Coaching: Have a big audition you want coached? Book one of our amazing teachers/coaches to work with you, and put you on tape. We work closely with agents and managers to coach and tape actors of all ages for tv, film and Broadway.

Audition Taping: With the industry now back in full swing and pilot season around the corner we are focusing mostly on coaching sessions! Self-taping with just a reader will have limited availability. Email sam@mnactingstudio.com to check on availability or with any questions.

Demo Reel Footage: Need some footage for your online profiles? We can shoot any scenes for you “audition style” with professional lighting and sound.

Book a Zoom Room

Book a quiet room at our studio for 30 minutes with lightning fast internet, and professional lighting to have your next Zoom audition. Includes laptop stand and everything else you need.

Self Tape Consultations

Matt will work with an actor privately on how to get the best possible self tape set up from their home, and give all the tips and provide links to best equipment options. 30 minute session.

Career Coaching

Schedule a one hour career consultation with head coach Matt Newton (Backstage industry expert, and author of “The No B.S. Guide to the Acting Biz”) to level up in your career. Sessions are tailored to each actor’s individual needs. Matt can look at your materials (headshot, resume, reel), and give you a no B.S. assessment and clear set of goals.

On Set Coaching

Role Prep

Work with Matt after you have booked the role, to prep you for stepping onto set. Break down the script, work on character development, on set etiquette, what to expect, how to prepare, and build confidence before shooting.

Demo Reel

Work with one of our coaches on coaching and self taping scenes to use in your demo reel/Actors Access clips. You are expected to choose & bring your own scenes, have them memorized and prepared, as you would for any coaching. We will coach and tape your scenes “self tape style” and upload your footage to a drive that you are required to bring with you. You are responsible for editing and choosing the footage.
